intro part 2: who the what, where?
As I mentioned previously, “Until the 7th November 2009, I had been working as a user interface developer…”. A few months ago my girlfriend and I decided that we should get out of working for corporate and do more meaningful work for ourselves.
We will be attempting to build 2 web applications over the next 6-8 months — this actually started circa Nov 2009 — one of which is (hopefully) for profit and one which is a non-profit, help the world and feel good doing it, app. We want to give something back to the world, but we also don’t want to have to go back to working for big companies on big projects with small deadlines.
This blog will be dedicated (mostly) to the JavaScript framework I will be developing over the next few months. However, as well as blogging about the highs and lows of building a JavaScript framework and the highs and lows of the various JavaScript frameworks I have worked with over the past 4 years, I will also be using this blog to rant about various gripes I have with the world at large.
